Sam Wright

Non-Executive Director

Sam Wright has 20 years of experience in the administration of ASX-listed companies, corporate governance, and corporate finance. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Mr Wright currently serves as a director of ASX-listed companies and as company secretary across a range of listed and private entities.

Vivek Eranki

Executive Chairman

Dr Eranki serves as Executive Chairman of Stormeur Ltd. He holds qualifications in finance, business, governance, and medicine, with an extensive track record as a chief executive in the health, wellness, and personal services industry. Dr Eranki retired from medical practice in 2021 and now focuses exclusively on directorial and executive roles; the title “Dr” reflects his medical qualifications in Australia and overseas and does not denote active clinical practice.

Dr Eranki has founded, scaled, and successfully exited ventures across allied health, occupational health, general and specialist healthcare, and the cosmetic and beauty sector. He is frequently called upon as a spokesman for these industries.
